This is a cell phone holder, with top zipper closure, made from tapesty fabric with a palm tree theme. The inside is lined with soft velour fabric. It measures 3 1/2" x 6", has a clip (to attach to belt, purse, etc.) as well as key ring on the back. See other matching accessories.
